Messaged me the night before and told me what time he would be here. After cleaning the house, we did a walk around. Anything that I saw that needed extra attention, he took care. He’ll finish the job when it’s well & truly done as best as it can be and not a moment before. He’s very responsive, reliable and reasonably priced. As a property manager on the Island, I’ve worked with many other vendors who provide this service. Cristian’s work is superior. He now does my house and the properties I manage.
